“Hitched in Italy planned mine and my Husbands wedding (Mr and Mrs Farr) on 7th September 2019 in Barga, Tuscany.
I stumbled across Hitched in Italy when doing the daunting task of looking for wedding venues in Italy. My husband and I rented a car and drove around Sorrento and Tuscany in May 2018. Lisa Redgrave provided 3 venues in Tuscany within our budget and organised an Itinerary for us to view them.
The venue blew us away, the views are amazing (photos doesn’t do it justice) the accommodation is fantastic very rustic Italian, the pools to die for! Our wedding was only for 40 guests but there is so much space to have more. It felt so private which is exactly what we wanted.
I loved the Hitched in Italy vibe, it didn’t feel like a package wedding which so many other companies did.
Lisa was fantastic at helping me with the planning of the day, I couldn’t have done it without her! She had so many great suppliers to choose from; photographers, bands, food choices, flowers etc. (all of which were amazing on the day)
Andy was great at organising the transfers for my guests to and from the airport. Even when the wrong taxi time was organised for one of the flights, Andy rectified my mistake in minutes.
Lisa also organised some activities for the weekend. We went Wine Tasting, had a BBQ and a Pizza Party. All of which were great value and our guests loved.
I’m very organised and I would say slightly high maintenance! But Lisa was so reassuring and great at keeping me informed on costings etc. She knew exactly what my vision for the wedding was and executed it perfectly!
